Normal Temperature Vacuum Evaporator
The boiling point of the liquid decreases as the pressure in the evaporator decreases. The boiling point temperature changes with the external pressure. The empirical relationship between the boiling point T (K) and the pressure P (Pa) is Log(P1/P2)=L/(2.303R)(1/T2-1/T1) Under the action of the vacuum system, the vacuum degree in the low-temperature evaporator reactor is about 6.2744KPa->37℃, and the evaporation temperature of water under normal atmospheric pressure is 101.325KPa->100℃. The pressure when the evaporation temperature is 0℃ is 0.6105KPa->0℃. The boiling point of water at this pressure is 6.2774KPa is 37℃.
Heating and cooling during the evaporation process, heat exchange is realized by the work done by the compressor on Freon (refrigerant). The liquid is heated and boils to evaporate into water vapor, and the water vapor is liquefied into distilled water when cooled.
After the high-salt waste liquid (solution) loses its water (solvent) through evaporation, the metal salt (solute) in the solution precipitates into crystals.
