Room Temperature Vacuum Crystallizer

Under the action of the vacuum system, the negative pressure of the evaporation chamber is maintained at -95-97KPa. The material is automatically sucked into the evaporation chamber under the action of negative pressure. At the same time, the heat pump system forms the heat exchange device into two parts: evaporation and condensation. The evaporation chamber is equipped with scrapers and clamps. In the jacketed evaporator, the materials are continuously stirred to form an evaporation layer on the surface of the jacketed heat exchanger. The moisture in the materials evaporates to form water vapor, which then rises to the condensing heat exchanger and condenses into condensed water. The condensed water flows to the condensed water tank and is automatically discharged. The final dryness of the evaporation chamber is discharged from the equipment under the action of a scraper.
The low-temperature steam crystallizer is a low-temperature evaporation crystallizer that utilizes steam technology. Steam or waste heat is used for heating, and cooling water is used at the condensation end. The system vacuum is maintained at about -92-98KPa, and the evaporation temperature is 30~451. The horizontal evaporator adopts Semi-jacketed heat exchange structure design, the built-in spiral scraper in the evaporator is controlled by a reducer, and can automatically discharge crystallized salt.
Materials can be selected according to the different components of wastewater, such as 316L, 2205, 2507, titanium alloy, and PP.
